Here is a great pair of brown pants. They are a heavy wool. They are probably from the early 40's. They have a herringbone pattern in the weave plus a subtle rust red window pain striping over that. They have a pleated front; two front side pockets; and two back pockets, one with a Bakelite button. They zip up with a metal Talon zipper. They have the typical high waist of the era. The bottom hems are cuffed and are kept up with hidden snaps.
